OUR COFFEE & ESPRESSOAt the Bean Counter, all of our coffee and espresso beans are micro-roasted, to our specifications, in small batches and shipped to us several times a week. We only select premium quality roasted beans and carefully brew every cup in order to meet and exceed our customers’ continued high expectations. Our coffee has continuously been voted “Best Coffee” by Worcester Magazine and Worcester Telegram & Gazette readers’ poll and “Best Coffee House” by Worcester Living magazine. OUR BAKERYAt the Bean Counter, all of our fine cakes, desserts, pastries and baked goods are hand made from scratch. We use only premium quality fresh all natural ingredients and no preservatives or artificial flavors. Every order is made fresh to order. Our team of professional pastry chefs, bakers, cake decorators, and assistants is committed to creating your cake and desserts beautifully and perfectly fresh each and every time! In fact, we are also the pastry chefs for about 20 high-end restaurants in the local area. Our desserts have been recently voted “Best Dessert” by the Worcester Telegram & Gazette readers’ poll and praised by Boston Globe as “heavenly, decadent, and flawless.” Recently, we have been voted #1 Choice Bakery by readers of the Community Newspapers, winner for “Best of the Knot Pick 2010 & 2011" and Wedding Wire Bride's Choice Awards 2011 for wedding cakes. Vanilla and chocolate gluten-free and vegan cupcakes, cookies, and assorted pastries are available fresh every day at all three locations.
